For those who did not watch the Town Hall with Anderson Cooper a few days ago please read the article that is linked below. The U.S. Pain Foundation as well as the rest of the pain community feel strongly about this. All we would like is a chance to voice our opinions and share our stories. In the process of writing letters and emails our goal is to be given a fair opportunity to speak just as the opposing side was given. Tonight I was blessed to have been able to participate in a Blog Chat Live about this issue. Please feel free to  listen to the clip featured on all of my social media. Red Nose Day 2016

Red Nose Day was so much fun this morning (as you can probably tell by the first picture)! Not only was I able to meet and talk to kids and community members I was able to have a U.S. Pain Foundation Booth! Thank you to everyone who attended the event today!

National Womens Health Week- May 8th-14th

This past week has been National Women's Health Week! Below are pictures of me after a run and announcing that I am CPR certified! These are just a couple things I did this week for my health! We should not stop worrying about our health now that this week is over! We need to continue to live healthy lives so we can live life to the fullest! I am happy to announce that I am officially CPR and First Aid certified!

District Board Presentation

I was honored to be able to present my schools State and National accomplishments for this year. I presented on television and in front of the school district board! Here is a picture in front of Yuma City Hall where the event was held.

Last Official Concert in High School

My last high school orchestra concert was bittersweet! I was so honored to be concert mistress. I am so proud of what orchestra has done this year. I am amazed hat so many different levels of musicians were able to come together and make amazing music. Thank you to Mrs. Skolrud for you're wonderful guidance this year. We could not have done it without you!

Meeting Sherri Hill was another highlight of the Trunk Show! She was so sweet and even had me take pictures in a dress for her! I am so thrilled to see you're design come to life! I can barley wait!

International Pageants Trunk Show- Competitive Image

The trunk show was one amazing event! I loved being able to finalize my wardrobe for the Miss Teen International Pageant in July! It is always great to see the amazing Joey Rutherford and Clay Spann. They are fabulous at their jobs, and never fail to make you feel like a princess. It was also great to talk to Mrs. Richardson, the director of the International Pageants again! I was also able to get my hair cut by Penny! I cannot wait until I get to see the members of the "dream team' again!

This year has gone by so quickly! I cannot believe I will be graduating soon. I have loved being a Class of 2016 representative this year. Thank you to all of my student council friends who have taken me under you're wing and helped me this year. I appreciate and will miss all of you! A special thank you goes to Laura for writing me my senior class gift. I appreciate it so much, you are full of great ideas and I know you will make a difference in the school through student council in the next three years! Keep in touch!
