Kings Art Center Birthday Parties

Wednesday, April 29, 2015

The Kings Art Center is always one of my favorite places to volunteer. Something interesting is always happening there! I have always found it fun to see all of the birthday parties! There was one this week that I had never seen before! It was a 100th birthday party for a World War 2 prisoner of war!

National Dance Week- Dancing Through the Pain

I was able to teach another one of my Dancing Through the Pain classes at a local nursing home. It was great to teach that dance can be used as a therapy during National Dance Week!

It's All About the Little Things...

It is all about finding small ways to help! Valley Children's Hospital, our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital is having fundraisers at Rite Aid and Savemart stores! Make sure to donate at the checkout line. I was also able to donate at Famous Footwear for the March of Dimes foundation. A dollar today can help suffering children tomorrow!

Mini Photoshoot Fun

Saturday, April 25, 2015

What can I say mini photoshoot's are so fun! I have to thank my friend Abigail Rees for always taking fabulous photos of me! It is always nice to find locations close to home, like her family's farm where these were taken!

Frontier Elementary Book Fair

Monday, April 20, 2015
I had a great time helping out at Frontier Elementary's Book Fair!

Panda Express and Childrens Miracle Network

People ask me al the time, how to help others. My answer, while it great to create a huge service project, small actions go a long way!  For example, donating to a charity at a local restraint or store. Panda Express is having a fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network! It was nice to eat yummy food and help out a great charity that even helps local kids!
